Position Overview:

We are seeking a Professor of ENT (Otorhinolaryngology) who can inspire students, lead departmental initiatives, and contribute to advancing medical education and clinical excellence. The ideal candidate will combine strong teaching acumen with a passion for research and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead academic, clinical, and research activities in the Department of ENT.
  • Guide undergraduate and postgraduate teaching programs with innovative pedagogy.
  • Supervise and mentor PG residents and junior faculty members.
  • Conduct and encourage research, publications, and CME programs.
  • Ensure quality patient care in outpatient and operative services.
  • Contribute to curriculum enhancement and institutional committees.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualifications and teaching experience as per NMC norms for the post of Professor in ENT.
  • Proven record of teaching excellence, leadership, and clinical expertise.
  • Publications in recognized indexed journals will be preferred.
