Qualification - B. Sc / M. Sc

Experience - 2-3 years of experience in indirect procurement /MRO

Salary Range - 3.0 lacs

Job Description - strong follow up with vendors for material readiness and delivery status.

Ensure timely delivery of indirect material and services as per project or department need

Convert PRs (purchase requisition) to POs (Purchase order) in SAP efficiently

Coordinate with internal department to understand requirements and clarify specifications

Manage vendors relationships and resolve issue related to delays payment and disputes

Maintain records and transactions in Sap S/ 4 HANA

Regularly review open PR/Po status and update internal stakeholders

Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards and procurement guidelines

Key Skills & requirements

Hand on experience with SAP S/4 HANA is a must.

Strong coordination and follow up ability

Good knowledge of PR to PO processes and procurement cycle

Strong analytical and communication skills
