Export Sales Manager

1. Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new international markets, customers, and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through global platforms, exhibitions, and networking.
- Manage negotiations, pricing, and closing deals with international buyers.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, agents, and key global clients.
- Provide timely communication and support to international customers.
- Handle customer queries, order follow-ups, and service-related concerns.
3. Export Operations & Documentation
- Coordinate with logistics and shipping partners for timely dispatches.
- Prepare, review, and manage export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, COO, LC, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation accuracy.
4. Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze global market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Recommend product improvements and market-entry strategies.
- Generate weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
5. Coordination & Internal Communication
- Work closely with production, supply chain, and finance teams for order planning.
- Ensure timely payment follow-ups and credit management with overseas clients.
