  • Handle end-to-end export operations including documentation, invoicing, packing lists, and shipping instructions.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, transporters, and shipping lines for timely dispatch of export consignments.
  • Prepare export documents such as commercial invoice, e-way bill, BL/AWB, COO, FTA certificates, and customs-related papers.
  • Ensure compliance with export laws, customs regulations, and international trade requirements.
  • Manage pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation for LC and advance payment orders.
  • Communicate with international clients regarding order confirmations, shipment schedules, and documentation requirements.
  • Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain export records, MIS reports, and ensure accuracy of documentation.
  • Coordinate with the production and warehouse teams for order readiness and dispatch planning.
  • Support in identifying new global markets and generating export leads.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
