Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee and manage the accounting operations of SNA Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in statutory compliance, tax return filings, and finalization of accounts, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end financial operations. Candidates who can join immediately or within 15–30 days will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation and filing of TDS Returns, GST Returns, and Income Tax Returns within statutory deadlines.
  • Preparation, review, and finalization of P&L Accounts and Balance Sheets.
  • Ensure accounting compliances in line with statutory requirements and company policies.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on financial performance to management.
  • Handle statutory audits, internal audits, and ensure timely resolution of queries.
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable tax laws and regulatory frameworks.
  • Liaise with auditors, consultants, and government authorities as needed.
  • Lead and guide the accounts team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.

Key Requirements

  • Qualification: CA Inter / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years in accounting and finance.
  • Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, and Income Tax laws.
  • Proficiency in Balance Sheet and P&L finalization.
  • Hands-on experience in statutory compliance and financial audits.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP / Accounting Software and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
