Team Member

: The role is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the comprehensive planning and monitoring of all projects for the respective region / Site . This role involves developing and validating project timelines, control plans, baseline schedules, and cost curves, while coordinating with Central / regional planners for other projects.

Purpose : Support and manage project planning and monitoring to ensure proper coordination and timely execution of projects across all projects.

Principal Accountabilities

Project Planning - Support and assist planning and develop timelines for the Technical Due Diligence (TDD) stage for each project. Validate PCPs prepared by Regional Planners for regions. Seek necessary sign off from all relevant stakeholders and finalise the same. Validate baseline schedule prepared by Regional Planners for regions. Seek necessary sign off from all relevant stakeholders. Participate in project kick-off meetings, explaining project timelines, update processes, and report expectations to contractors with respect to SITES / PROJECTS projects. For other regions, co-ordinate with regional planners for completion. Develop cost curves for SITES / PROJECTS projects and validate those prepared by Regional Planners for other regions and submit to Costing and Budgeting team.

Project Monitoring - Assist Conduct weekly review meetings with the project team for SITES / PROJECTS Project to monitor progress and report on the same regularly. Note down the actionable and track for closure in co-ordination with relevant stakeholders. Conduct monthly review meetings with the region team and take updates on project progress. Regularly visit project sites to assess progress and ensure adherence to the plan across regions. Create and consolidate various daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports based on inputs from regional planning teams and ensure submission to relevant stakeholders. Highlight deviations to all relevant stakeholders on project progress so that suitable action is taken. Follow for closure of finalised action items. Upload consolidated MIS reports in the Darpan portal for SITES / PROJECTS and coordinate regional data uploads for other regions.

Risk Management & Compliance - Identify potential risks during the planning phase and develop mitigation strategies in consultation with Region Head and National Ops Head. Monitor ongoing projects for emerging risks and address them promptly to avoid delays or budget overruns across all region. Ensure compliance to SOP for the function.

Continuous Improvements - Stay updated with the latest trends in project management and planning. Continuously evaluate and improve planning processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline project planning and monitoring activities. Provide training to regional planning teams on new tools, techniques, and best practices.
