**JOB DESCRIPTION:

- **
- Give EHS training to all employees as per annual training schedule.
- Preparation & review of Aspect Impact Assessment & Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment templates & timely updating.
- To carry out routine inspection of the plant,
- To prepare EHS related documents like EHS SOPs, Safety Work Instructions, Operational Control Procedures, Safety Checklists etc.
- Generate safety and environmental awareness among all employees
- To arrange Safety Committee Meeting & to do follow up of all action points & documentation
- To investigate any EHS related incidents & to do the necessary documentation.
- To monitor waste management activities and ensuring that the records are updated.
- Responsible for overall record keeping pertaining to ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 compliance.
- To be a member of Safety Committee & to participate in Safety Committee Meetings for discussion on improvement in EHS performance of the plant.
- To follow a role of Emergency Squad member as per Emergency Preparedness & Response Action Plan in case of Emergency.
- To assist legal team to maintain Legal Register & carrying out legal compliance evaluation.
- Authorized to conduct the Safety Inspection, random checks and to take action to ensure safety of all personnel, visitors and contractor at plant.
- Accountable for establishing EHS systems in the organization.
- Accountable for conducting and directing safety committee meetings as well as procedures
- Ensure the Fire Hydrant Systems are updated.
- To motivate the employees by activities like celebration of National Safety Week, National Fire Day, World Environment day
- Proper selection and installation of fire extinguisher & preventive Maintenance.
- In my absence, the above responsibilities shall be carry out by other colleague.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
