Job Profile:
**1.** To assist EHS Director & Occupier in the preparation of documents and records related to regulatory and statutory compliance of EHS activities**.**
**2.** To conduct periodic plant safety inspection and report to EHS Director.
**3.** To carry out safety inspection of safety systems such as fire extinguishers, fire hydrant systems, safety shower eyewash.
**4.** To check whether proper PPE is followed by workers as per the company guidelines, following permit system.
**5.** To inspect workplaces for working methods, material and chemical handling, prepare report for irregular activities observed if any.
**6.** Accident / incident investigation / report writing and preparation of accident summery.
**7.** To assist in conducting Safety Committee meetings once in three months and to come up with methods to improve safety at factory sites.
**8.** Ensure personal protective equipment (such as hearing protection, dust masks, safety glasses, and footwear and safety helmets), is being used in workplaces according to regulations.
**9.** Ensure dangerous materials are correctly stored.
**10.** Ensure the Environmental Monitoring.
**11.** Issuance of safety work permit & ensure its compliance.
**12.** To organize the National Safety Day & Environmental Day with various competition for the employees.
**13.** To conduct firefighting trainings (Classroom and On-field), safety trainings and awareness campaign for workers, staff and management at Factory sites.
**14.** To maintain proper EHS documentation at sites viz. checklist, formats, permit systems, MPCB consents, Factory license etc.
**15.** To supervise in operation and maintenance of Effluent Treatment Plant.
**16.** Preparation of EHS related documents. (e.g. MPCB, EC & DISH related of all Units Under the guidance of EHS Head).
**17.** To update the policies such visitor policy, safety manual etc.
**18.** Prepared and maintain EHS SOPs.
**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
