Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Pharmacist role based in Lucknow. The Pharmacist will manage daily pharmacy operations, ensure the preparation and dispensing of medications accurately, and provide both patients and customers with essential information regarding prescriptions. Additional responsibilities include reviewing and verifying prescriptions, maintaining records, managing inventory, offering health advice, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in reviewing, verifying, and accurately filling prescriptions
  • Comprehensive knowledge of medication, dosages, and pharmaceutical practices
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage pharmacy inventory effectively
  • Strong communication skills to provide clear health advice and patient counseling
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented and patient-focused environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) and applicable state licensure
  • Experience in a community or clinical pharmacy setting is an advantage
