Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic Area Sales Executives to develop and onboard automobile brands and dealers in a B2B model. You will be based in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initial Assignment: Start in Ahmedabad; gradually scale coverage across Gujarat.
  • Market Outreach: Identify, approach, and onboard aftermarket car detailing studios and service centers to partner with Tint & Orange. Also, as your experience grows, OEMs and dealer principals in the region.
  • Brand Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with leading OEMs and dealers to promote and secure partnerships for Tint & Orange's PPF and related products.
  • Brand Visibility (First 3 Months): During the initial probation period focus on enhancing brand visibility, understanding client needs, and building rapport.
  • Product Familiarization: Learn and promote our flagship products—MASH series, TPU PRO+, TPU PRO MAX, TPU PRIME, and Interior Protection Film—emphasizing their advantages for Indian conditions and long-term durability.
  • Sales Support: Coordinate with Hyderabad training center (all training provided there) and manage demonstration or pilot setups for clients.
  • Reporting & Pipeline Management: Maintain CRM entries, track leads, submit regular progress reports, and update business development strategies during probation and thereafter.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience: 0–3 years in B2B sales, preferably with automotive, OEM, dealer, or corporate accounts.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or similar.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication (Hindi, English, Gujarati) and negotiation skills
  • Strategic awareness of region-specific automotive markets.
  • Adaptability to travel and build territory networks.
  • Self-motivated, relationship-driven, and target-oriented (post-probation).

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Training: Comprehensive sales training at the Hyderabad branch.
  • Allowances: Travel allowance for site visits and client meetings.

  • Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM.
  • Probation: First 3 months with a focus on brand establishment and relationship-building.
