Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing core HR operations, driving recruitment efforts, strengthening employer branding, and enhancing employee engagement. A critical aspect of this role will be to champion initiatives that support the growth, development, and retention of female employees across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • 1. HR OperationsMaintain and update employee records in HRMS systems.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Manage HR documentation, payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • 2. RecruitmentCollaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer roll-outs.
  • Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, with a strong emphasis on diversity hiring.
  • 3. Employer BrandingContribute to building and executing employer branding strategies.
  • Coordinate with marketing to create HR-related content for social media, careers pages, and job portals.
  • Organize and promote events that showcase Gupio as an employer of choice.
  • 4. Employee EngagementPlan and execute engagement activities, team-building events, and wellness programs.
  • Conduct regular employee feedback surveys and support action planning.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • 5. Training & DevelopmentIdentify training needs in collaboration with department heads.
  • Coordinate learning and development programs with a strong emphasis on empowering female employees.
  • Track training outcomes and maintain development records.
  • 6. Diversity & Inclusion (Special Focus on Female Employees)Support and implement initiatives that promote gender equity and inclusion.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to create programs that encourage leadership development among women.
  • Monitor and report on diversity metrics and suggest improvements.
  • RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in an HR generalist or executive role.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment best practices, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for diversity, inclusion, and women-centric HR initiatives.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office.
