About the job:
Key Responsibilities:1. Relationship management: Nurture and manage a portfolio of customers through virtual channels, including calls and emails
2. Sales & cross-selling: Achieve sales targets, cross-sell products and generate new business from existing customers
3. Digital promotion: Encourage and educate customers to use digital platforms for their transactions, ensuring a superior digital experience
4. Customer service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving complaints accurately and promptly, and maintaining customer satisfaction
5. Portfolio management: Meet scorecard targets and portfolio benchmarks, monitor customer accounts, control attrition, and work to retain clients
6. Product expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products and services to provide relevant financial advice and solutions
7. Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal company policies in all interactions
