Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary CTO
to lead our technology strategy and delivery across diverse AI consulting engagements. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone with
deep technical mastery
in AI, paired with extensive experience in
consulting, solution architecture, and enterprise-scale deployments
. You will shape our technical roadmap, guide high-impact AI projects, and ensure we remain a trusted partner for complex, mission-critical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the
    technology strategy
    for Akross IT's AI consulting practice.
  • Architect and oversee
    end-to-end AI solutions
    from ideation to production.
  • Lead
    technical pre-sales
    and client engagement, translating business needs into scalable architectures.
  • Mentor and grow a high-performing engineering and data science team.
  • Ensure delivery excellence across multiple projects in diverse industries.
  • Establish
    MLOps best practices
    and AI governance frameworks.
  • Build partnerships with cloud, AI, and technology providers.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in
    ML/Gen-AI, enterprise AI adoption, and consulting delivery models
    .

Qualifications

  • 12+ years in technology leadership, with at least 3 years in AI-focused consulting.
  • Proven track record in
    architecting and delivering AI/ML and Gen-AI solutions
    at scale.
  • Deep understanding of
    LLMs, RAG pipelines, AI agents, MLOps, and enterprise data platforms
    .
  • Strong grasp of consulting business models, client relationship management, and solution selling.
  • Experience building and leading multi-disciplinary technical teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to engage both C-level executives and engineering teams.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on ability to guide technical execution.
