Hiring: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) | Tech Lead Role

We are building an innovative logistics-tech platform designed to simplify and optimize the way shippers and logistics service providers connect. To lead the technology vision, we are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our senior leadership team.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the technology roadmap.
  • Build scalable and reliable products for the logistics ecosystem.
  • Lead product development, architecture, and engineering decisions.
  • Partner with the founding team on strategy and growth.
  • Recruit and mentor an engineering team as we expand.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from a top-tier institution (IIT, IIM, ISB, NIT, BITS, or global equivalent).
  • Strong coding experience in Python (3+ years) – you should be comfortable building from scratch.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, APIs, or logistics tech is a plus.
  • Looking for someone with builder mindset , not just management experience.
  • Mid-level profiles (not 8+ years of corporate experience) are ideal – we want someone excited to grow with the startup.
  • Strong technical expertise with ability to be hands-on in early stages.
  • Strategic leadership skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Experience in startups or high-growth environments is a plus.

Compensation:

This role offers equity at the founding stage , with salary commencing once the company begins generating revenue.
