Job Description:

We are having an urgent requirement for the position of Senior Manager - Development, Hardware Electronic Engineer for a reputed company at the Gurgaon location.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Working thru Proprietary Tools & Technologies on Lighting Electronics for Automotive requirements as applicable on forward & Current Programs
  • Sound Knowledge with working level expertise in Alum Designer & Electronics simulations.
  • Sound Knowledge with working level expertise DC-DC, Linear Diver
  • Sound Knowledge with working-level expertise in LED selection
  • Understand the Customer's work requirements and project deliverables (Project time estimation, quality and commit delivery dates).
  • Participating in Design Reviews with Cross-Functional PD & Manufacturing Team.
  • Meeting the quality Procedure/Standards for the Design of Electronic Components (assembly & part Level).
  • Maintaining the Time records, data Management & Project Details.
  • Design Products meeting the required PCB Component Design requirements.
  • Working Knowledge of design documents DFMEA, DVP, and Reliability Matrix, etc
  • Understanding of EMI-EMC requirements as per automotive standards

Technical Skills:

Project Management,Team Management,IATF 16949:2016,DFMEA,PFMEA,Control Plan,Product Testing & validation,Thermal Simulation,Product design verificaon,EMI/EMC,Complete PCB Design,Customer Interaction.
