  • Process Improvement: Contribute to improving processes by collaborating with team members and providing feedback.

  • Non-Voice Process: Responding to customers via email, live chat, or other non-verbal methods.
  • Common BPO Associate Roles Customer Service Representative: Focuses on general customer support. Technical Support Associate: Helps clients with technical problems related to products or software.
