Company Description

Curis RCM LLP specializes in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes for healthcare systems in the US and globally, tracking revenue from patients from their initial appointment to their final payment. Based in Texas, USA, Curis RCM LLP provides these solutions to major healthcare providers. We are currently seeking customer support executives for both international voice and non-voice process roles.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Associate located in Chennai. The Process Associate will be responsible for handling various tasks including analyzing data, assisting with finance-related activities, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting business process outsourcing (BPO) functions. Daily responsibilities may include managing patient billing inquiries, updating RCM systems, and ensuring accurate processing of transactions.

  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication abilities
  • Experience with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in using relevant RCM software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
