We are currently seeking customer support executives for both international voice and non-voice process roles.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Associate located in Chennai. The Process Associate will be responsible for handling various tasks including analyzing data, assisting with finance-related activities, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting business process outsourcing (BPO) functions. Daily responsibilities may include managing patient billing inquiries, updating RCM systems, and ensuring accurate processing of transactions.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Financial Acumen
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication abilities
- Experience with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
