Job Description:

We are looking for a Blue Prism Certified RPA Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in process automation using Blue Prism, and a solid understanding of software development best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy automation processes using Blue Prism in accordance with defined standards.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and process SMEs to identify, assess, and document automation opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain Blue Prism objects and processes, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and participate in UAT support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing automations.
  • Work closely with infrastructure and control room teams to schedule and monitor bot executions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents (SDDs), PDDs, and deployment plans.
  • Support production releases, updates, and post-deployment maintenance.
  • Stay updated on RPA best practices and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3 to 5 years of total IT experience, with at least 2+ years in Blue Prism RPA development.
  • Blue Prism Developer Certification is mandatory.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Blue Prism process design, object development, and control room management.
  • Proficiency in C# / .NET / VB scripting and understanding of SQL Server / Oracle databases.
  • Good understanding of RPA architecture, queue management, and exception handling.
  • Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
