RPA Developer – Blue Prism

Location: Mumbai (Malad) – Onsite

Experience: 4+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 10 Days

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer (Blue Prism) to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Blue Prism automation development, process optimization, and strong technical problem-solving skills. You'll work closely with business and IT teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable automation solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy across operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Blue Prism RPA development.
  • Strong understanding of RPA concepts, lifecycle, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Blue Prism components: Process Studio, Object Studio, Control Room, and Work Queues.
  • Good knowledge of OCR and document understanding
  • Experience with exception handling, logging, and debugging in Blue Prism.
  • Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and web services integration.
  • Banking domain knowledge is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Blue Prism Developer Certification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Blue Prism automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand process requirements and translate them into automated workflows.
  • Maintain and support existing Blue Prism processes and resolve any production issues.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, documentation, and security.
  • Monitor and optimize bot performance and resource utilization.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for automated processes.
  • Work with IT and infrastructure teams to ensure proper bot deployment and scheduling.
