Job Summary:

We are looking for passionate and customer-focused professionals to join our Technical Support International Voice Process team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our international customers, providing world-class technical support and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle calls from customers to resolve technical queries and issues.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues to higher support levels when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and process guidelines.
  • Strive to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction with every interaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Any Graduate
  • Experience: Minimum 1 years in International Voice / Technical Support process
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to work in 5 days of work and 2 days rotational week off.

- Work Location : Brookfield, Bangalore

- Shifts : UK Shift (5 days work & 2 days fixed week off)

- Salary : Experience: Upto 7 LPA
