About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Release Engineer with expertise in Copado and Salesforce CI/CD pipelines to manage end-to-end deployments, build & release processes, and release management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth, automated, and

error-free deployments across multiple Salesforce environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Salesforce release cycles using Copado for CI/CD automation.

  • Execute end-to-end deployments, ensuring adherence to best practices and governance standards.

  • Oversee build & release processes, including version control, metadata management, and deployment automation.

  • Coordinate release management activities, ensuring timely delivery and minimal business impact.

  • Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to plan and execute releases.

  • Monitor deployment pipelines and troubleshoot deployment issues proactively.

  • Maintain release documentation, deployment logs, and release calendars.

  • Implement continuous improvement processes for CI/CD pipelines.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong experience in Build & Release and Release Management.

  • Hands-on experience with Copado for Salesforce deployments.

  • Solid understanding of Salesforce metadata, environments, and deployment strategies.

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools.

  • Salesforce certification is mandatory.

Preferred Skills:- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub).

  • Knowledge of Salesforce DX (SFDX) and DevOps best practices.

  • Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.

Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer, Administrator, or DevOps Specialist).

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce release engineering or DevOps role.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset.

  • Ability to manage multiple releases in parallel and work under tight deadlines.
