Job Title: Sales Support Executive (Female Preferred)

Location: Pune

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Sales Support Executive to manage calling, lead generation, client coordination, and sales administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls, generate leads, and follow up with prospects
  • Handle inbound inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
  • Identify and connect with architects, builders, and project managers
  • Schedule client meetings, site visits, and showroom appointments
  • Maintain and update client databases, CRM records, and interaction logs
  • Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, introduction letters, and reports
  • Coordinate with Marketing for updates and campaign follow-ups
  • Support order processing, dispatch coordination, and daily reporting
  • Plan and manage daily work lists, follow-ups, and weekly schedules

Requirements:

  • Female candidates preferred
  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years' experience in Sales Support or Client Coordination
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Fluent in English and local language
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
