About the Role

As our
Marketing & Communications Coordinator
, you'll be the go-to person for all things branding, visibility, and engagement across Mango Tree World's three verticals. Whether it's designing flyers, posting on social media, managing WhatsApp groups, or crafting emailers — you'll be shaping how we show up and connect with our audience.

You'll also support onsite during events — not just to capture content, but to engage with clients, ensure they feel welcome, and help deliver a smooth, memorable experience.

This is a full-time role ideal for someone with
1–3 years
of experience in marketing, content, or brand communications. Salary will be based on experience and capability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content & Creatives

  • Design and schedule flyers, posts, reels, and other digital content
  • Plan monthly campaigns, promotions, and flash deals across all verticals
  • Coordinate photo and video content from events, coaching, and café moments

2. Social Media & Community Engagement

  • Manage Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn pages
  • Keep WhatsApp groups and communities active, updated, and on-brand
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely, friendly manner
  • Run polls, contests, and other engagement tools to grow our community

3. Promotions & Onsite Event Support

  • Be present during key events to capture content live and engage with clients
  • Support the sales team with custom flyers and communication for partnerships or collaborations
  • Create emailers, posters, and branded materials as needed

4. Brand Consistency & Coordination

  • Ensure brand tone and design are consistent across all platforms
  • Keep an organized archive of all content and marketing assets
  • Track content performance and tweak strategies accordingly

What You'll Need

  • A creative eye and attention to tone, design, and detail
  • Confidence using Canva, Instagram, and other content tools
  • Comfort working with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and digital calendars
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Willingness to work on weekends and during evening hours when required

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience running Meta Ads or basic digital promotions
  • Photography or video editing skills
  • Prior work with brands in the food, sports, arts, or events space
