Your Role

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and productivity analysis.
  • Drive IT service management enhancements, focusing on Incident and Problem Management.
  • Implement automation and industrialization to improve ADM delivery efficiency.
  • Analyze project financials (cost/revenue), identify cost drivers, and support cost control.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to co-create value and present improvement outcomes.
  • Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs and showcase operational improvements.

Your Profile

  • Strong experience in ADM delivery and application maintenance processes.
  • Proficiency in ITIL practices and service management frameworks.
  • Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Financial acumen in cost analysis, budgeting, and effort optimization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate) and data analytics platforms (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
