Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Download bank statements as needed and reconcile feeds with SAP to ensure all transactions are accurately captured.
  • Perform daily cash application based on remittances received and manage research and on-account items.
  • Maintain and clear the suspense account, ensuring accurate financial records and timely resolution.
  • Update comments for open customer account items in Blackline and process small balance write-offs.
  • Handle refund requests for double, over, or incorrect customer payments with accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with AP/GL and onshore teams to resolve customer queries and coordinate across upstream/downstream processes.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, controls, and daily productivity/quality targets, while being flexible with work content and timings.
  • Support month-end activities proactively, identifying and escalating issues with a strong understanding of process impacts.
  • Mentor team members, resolve queries, and initiate process improvement ideas, while periodically updating SOPs.

What Makes You The Right Fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional qualification with 3+ years of experience in Cash Application.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and email programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of Banking and Treasury activities.
  • Flexible with work content and timings; able to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Reliable, meticulous, and a motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of working independently to resolve complex process/system issues and network with global teams.
