Role Overview:

The Product Executive will play a key role in managing and promoting our advanced infection control solutions, including on-site disinfectant generators, air decontamination systems, rapid surface disinfection technologies, antimicrobial coating treatments, and related innovations. This role requires a combination of product knowledge, marketing acumen, customer engagement, and cross-functional coordination to drive product adoption, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the infection control product portfolio.
  • Assist in product positioning, pricing, and lifecycle management.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs.

Sales & Marketing Support:

  • Provide product training and demonstrations to internal teams, distributors, and customers.
  • Support sales teams with technical/product knowledge during client visits and presentations.
  • Contribute to marketing collateral, presentations, and product promotional activities.
  • Organise marketing activities along with the sales team for brand promotion

Customer Engagement:

  • Address customer queries, provide technical guidance, and ensure proper product usage.
  • Gather customer feedback to support continuous product improvement.

Business Development:

  • Identify new opportunities in infection control and related verticals and help in new publications of new research
  • Support tender documentation and proposals for institutional/large clients.
  • Collaborate with business partners, vendors, and internal teams to achieve revenue goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Science, Microbiology, Pharmacy, or related fields.
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related specialization (preferred).
  • 2-3 years of experience in product management, marketing, or sales within healthcare, infection control, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Preferred knowledge on infection control practices and healthcare setup
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities with market research aptitude.
  • Ability to train and engage customers and internal teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively as per business needs.
