We are hiring International Marketing Manager – SaaS (U.S. Focus) with 10 years of mandatory experience in US Marketing and constantly reviewed and optimized all businesses .

Core Responsibilities

1. SEO & SEM Management

  • Design and execute strategies for both organic search (SEO) and paid search (SEM/PPC) to boost global visibility and website ranking.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research, including on-page and off-page SEO tactics, technical audits, and metadata optimization.
  • Oversee PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms relevant to the U.S. market.
  • Set, monitor, and optimize budgets and bids to ensure maximum ROI and cost-efficiency per lead or acquisition.
  • Analyze performance with tools like Google Analytics and dashboards; employ A/B testing and campaign adjustments.

2. Website Performance & SEO Feedback

  • Monitor global website ranking, traffic trends, and conversion performance.
  • Provide actionable SEO review feedback to Product, Content, and Development teams to improve content, UX, and technical SEO.
  • Coordinate with developers to implement SEO best practices (e.g. site speed enhancements, internal linking).

3. Email & Bulk SMS Marketing

  • Plan, run, and optimize email marketing campaigns (drip sequences, newsletters, nurturing workflows).
  • Use segmentation and performance data to maximize engagement and conversions.
  • Execute bulk SMS campaigns with tailored content and performance tracking, ensuring compliance with U.S. regulations.

4. Social Media Paid Campaigns (U.S. Platforms)

  • Create and manage paid advertising across U.S. social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, et al.
  • Develop engaging creatives and messaging tailored to the U.S. SaaS customer lifecycle.
  • Track performance, optimize targeting and ad copy, and test creatives for continuous improvement

5. Cross-Channel Strategy & Analysis

  • Define and optimize the full marketing funnel—from awareness through acquisition and retention—across all channels.
  • Explore and test new digital channels and acquisition strategies beyond traditional tactics.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Data teams to align campaign messaging, target personas, and market feedback.

6. International Coordination

  • Support adaptation of global campaigns to U.S. market nuances, ensuring compliance with language, regulatory nuances, and culture.
  • Work with local partners, agencies, or vendors for U.S.-specific content, compliance, and amplification.

7. Budget Control & Performance Reporting

  • Manage the U.S. digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient execution and ROI tracking.
  • Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, trends, and strategic insights for leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, especially within SaaS or B2B domains.
  • Experience in reviewing and optimizing all businesses
  • Demonstrated success with combined SEO, SEM, and PPC strategy and operations.
  • Proficiency with analytics, campaign management, A/B testing tools, and CRM or marketing automation.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance into actionable insights.
  • Experience executing email and SMS campaigns in compliance with U.S. regulations.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
