Job DescriptionPosition Overview We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Professional Services Consultant to join our team and play a critical role in the successful implementation of Dynatrace observability software for our United States based-clients. As a consultant you will be responsible for installing configuring and tuning Dynatrace software to ensure optimal performance monitoring capabilities and customer satisfaction. Your technical expertise and customer-centric approach will be instrumental in delivering exceptional solutions that align with our clients business needs.Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements understand their business objectives and recommend appropriate Dynatrace solutions.
  • Install configure and customize Dynatrace software to integrate seamlessly within clients existing infrastructure and applications.
  • Develop and execute deployment plans ensuring successful software installation and setup.
  • Conduct thorough performance assessments identifying bottlenecks optimizing configurations and fine-tuning the software for optimal efficiency.
  • Provide hands-on training to clients technical teams on Dynatrace usage best practices and maintenance procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales product and engineering to address client needs and provide feedback for product enhancement.
  • Document installation procedures configurations and customizations for knowledge sharing and future reference.
  • Stay current with industry trends emerging technologies and Dynatrace product s to provide expert guidance to clients.

Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in IT infrastructure components and networking concepts.
