Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out efficiently.
  • Keeping front desk Pleasant & Admiring.
  • Manage room reservations, cancellations, and guest records.
  • Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and operations teams.
  • Process payments accurately and maintain billing records.
  • Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
  • Giving Proper Answer to the Customer questions and addressing the complaints.
  • Getting Feedback from the customers regarding their stay at the hotel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kuniyamuthur, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Application Question(s):

  • Strong communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus)

Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Well-groomed, punctual, and professional demeanor

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
