About the Role:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Civil Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in various areas of civil engineering, helping students and professionals build strong foundational and practical skills required for industry success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and deliver training sessions on civil engineering subjects such as structural engineering, surveying, construction materials, building design, and estimation.
  • Develop course materials, lesson plans, assignments, and practical projects.
  • Conduct workshops, live demonstrations, and site visits (if required) to provide hands-on experience.
  • Assess learners' progress through tests, evaluations, and project reviews.
  • Guide students in applying theoretical knowledge to real-world civil engineering problems.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and standards.
  • Collaborate with academic and placement teams to align training content with current industry needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹41,723.97 per month
