Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our real estate development team. The role involves assisting in the planning, execution and supervision of construction projects such as residential buildings, commercial complexes and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in civil engineering principles, to be familiar with construction site operations and capable of using design and project management software.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in preparing and reviewing structural and site development drawings, plans and layouts.

· Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors and other consultants to ensure smooth project execution.

· Conduct quantity estimation, cost calculation and material take-offs.

· Monitor site work and ensure construction activities as per the design and report deviations.

· Maintain quality standards and ensure adherence to safety protocols on site.

· Support in preparing progress reports, BOQs and documentation for regulatory approvals.

· Conduct site inspections, identify potential issues and recommend timely solutions.

· Collaborate in scheduling work, tracking project timelines and coordinating resources.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

· Relevant experience in construction or real estate development.

· Knowledge of construction materials, methods and regulations.

· Understanding of project planning and execution.

Software Proficiency:

· AutoCAD – for drafting and reviewing site plans and layouts.

· Civil 3D – for site design and terrain modeling (preferred).

· STAAD Pro – for basic structural analysis (optional).

· MS Project / Primavera – for project scheduling and tracking (basic knowledge).

· MS Excel – for data handling, quantity calculations, and reporting.
