**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver engaging theoretical and practical training sessions in electronics.
- Develop course materials, training manuals, and assessments aligned with industry standards.
- Teach topics such as analog and digital electronics, circuit design, microcontrollers, PCB design, and electronic troubleshooting.
- Provide hands-on training with tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, soldering stations, and microcontroller kits.
- Assess learners' progress through assignments, practical exams, and projects.
- Maintain lab equipment and ensure a safe learning environment.
- Stay updated with current industry trends and technologies.
- Support learners in their academic and career development.
- Customize training modules based on individual or organizational needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of electronic components, circuit analysis, embedded systems, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with tools like MATLAB, Proteus, Multisim, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior teaching or corporate training experience is a plus.
- Certification in technical training or instructional design is an advantage.
