The Document Controller is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of all project-related documents. This includes ensuring that all incoming and outgoing documents comply with the client's requirements and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Verification: Ensure all incoming documents meet the clients specifications and quality standards before distribution or submission.
  • Alignment & Formatting: Verify that document formats, templates, and alignments are correct and consistent as per project guidelines.
  • Tracking & Monitoring: Maintain a detailed log of documents, tracking submission and approval dates to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Excel Management: Create and regularly update an Excel tracking sheet and master Excel file to manage document statuses, revisions, and distribution history.
  • Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely submission and receipt of documents.
  • Archiving: Maintain an organized system for filing both physical and electronic copies of documents for easy retrieval.Role & responsibilities
