  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Documentation Generation Engineer to manage, prepare, and maintain all project documentation for our TELECOM/ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems, including TELECOM/IT/CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, Fire Alarm, BMS, and other integrated systems. The role will ensure documentation meets contractual, client, and regulatory requirements, and is delivered accurately and on time

Key Responsibilities

  • Documentation Preparation & Control
  • Create, compile, and maintain project documentation including:
  • Method Statements
  • Material Submittals
  • ITP Documents
  • Commissioning Procedure (SAT, FAT etc)
  • Test Reports & Inspection Checklists

Co-ordination

  • Coordinate with internal project engineers, teams to collect and verify technical data.
  • Coordinate with vendors to gather product datasheets, certificates, and warranties.
  • Maintain document control registers and tracking systems for submittals and approvals

Qualifications & Skills

  • BE/DIP Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications
  • Minimum 2–4 years experience in documentation for ELV/Telecom projects.
  • Familiarity with ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA systems is an added advantage).
  • Good in MS Office, AutoCAD, powerpoint, pdf tools.
  • Good understanding of documentation procedures with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
