About the Role:

Bhathwari Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Equity Researcher / Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, evaluating company performance, preparing reports, and supporting investment or business decisions with sound research and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct fundamental and technical analysis of listed/unlisted companies.
  • Prepare financial models, forecasts, and valuation reports (DCF, PE multiple, etc.).
  • Track and analyze market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments.
  • Evaluate company financial statements, earnings releases, and investor presentations.
  • Create investment reports, stock recommendations, and periodic research updates.
  • Assist in portfolio management and risk assessment.
  • Coordinate with management teams and provide inputs for strategic investment decisions.
  • Present insights and findings to management in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 25 years of experience in equity research, financial analysis, or investment management.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, ratios, and valuation techniques.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg/Capital IQ (if applicable).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and report writing skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex financial data and make sound recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CFA / CA /CPA/FRM/NISM / NCFM MBA (Finance) or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Experience in investment banking, asset management, or research firms will be an advantage.
