Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and senior management.
  • Handle general correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Ensure the office is organized, maintained, and stocked with supplies.
  • Act as a point of contact for visitors and vendors.
  • Monitor office expenses and help with budgeting
  • Manage and update important administrative records, including employee files, contracts, and databases.
  • Handle project documentation, such as contracts, blueprints, and change orders, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible
  • Coordinate project meetings and maintain records of project progress and procedures.
  • Assist with document preparation, creating reports, and managing project communication.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and legal regulations.
  • Coordinate inspections and maintain associated records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
