Community Moderators
who can spark conversations, drive engagement, and keep our community thriving across platforms.

Responsibilities;

You will be responsible for increasing activity, interaction, and retention within the Cubane community. Key responsibilities include:

Internal Community Engagement

·       Post repurposed content from official social media.

·       Share brand-modified industry news to spark conversations.

·       Tag members with relevant questions to encourage participation.

·       Share Cubane-related updates.

·       Create and share original community-specific content ideas.

·       Occasionally trigger debates/controversial discussions to keep conversations alive.

·       Run member-driven initiatives like asking members to contribute posts/questions, with exclusive

rewards for active contributors.

·       Host AMA sessions and coordinate AMA sessions with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

·       Launch and manage small internal airdrops to boost activity.

External Community Engagement

·       Request shoutouts from community partners.

·       Share Cubane's content in open groups from a curated list.

·       Join AMA sessions in partner communities.

·       Plan and coordinate weekly resource drops as community lead magnets.

Universal Responsibilities

·       Monitor conversations, answer questions, and ensure a positive and engaging environment.

·       Identify growth opportunities to expand the community and improve engagement.

·       Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align community goals with broader

company objectives.

·       Provide weekly reports on engagement metrics and suggest improvements.

·       Stay updated on industry/community trends to bring fresh ideas.

·       Be flexible to take on new tasks as community needs evolve.

Requirements

·       Strong written communication and conversational skills in English.

·       Prior experience in community management, moderation, or social media is a plus

·       Creativity and ability to spark organic discussions.

·       Comfortable managing multiple conversations and tasks daily.

·       Familiarity with Telegram, Discord, and other community platforms.

·       Ability to work independently and proactively.
