Company Description Deliver My Tune is India's first digital music aggregator, dedicated to connecting indie artists and labels with a global audience. We offer a suite of services including music distribution, promotion, marketing, and rights management — helping artists thrive while retaining ownership of their music.

Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Content Quality Administrative Executive to join our team. This role is vital in maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and platform compliance of digital music releases across various streaming services and music stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and validate music content (audio, metadata, artwork) before distribution.
  • Ensure all digital releases meet the quality and format standards required by platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.
  • Monitor and moderate content submissions for copyright issues, metadata inconsistencies, and policy violations.
  • Communicate with artists, labels, and internal teams to rectify content issues and guide them on delivery standards.
  • Maintain internal documentation and logs for quality checks and rejected content.
  • Coordinate with distribution partners to resolve any ingestion or content-related problems.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for inconsistencies in metadata, spelling, formatting, and content quality.
  • Experience: Background in content moderation, quality assurance, or digital music distribution preferred.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of digital music platforms and basic music industry structure.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams.
  • Bonus Points: o Experience with music distribution platforms (Deliver My Tune, TuneCore, DistroKid, CD Baby, etc.) o Familiarity with copyright basics and digital rights management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Music Business, Media Studies, Communications, or related field.

Pay: ₹288, ₹1,321,678.91 per year
