Job Title: Spoken English Trainer (Offline)

Start date: 27th October 2025

Location: Murthal, Haryana

Salary: Each session will be of one hour, and teachers will be paid Rs. 500 per session. With 30 sessions, they can earn up to Rs. 15,000–16,000, depending on performance and lesson delivery quality.

About the Programme:English Quest is conducting a 6-week intensive spoken English programme designed to build students' fluency, confidence, and communication skills through interactive, activity-based lessons.

TKey Responsibilities:

  • Conduct offline spoken English sessions (60 minutes each) as per the set curriculum.
  • Engage learners through interactive speaking, listening, and role-play activities.
  • Maintain a trainer-to-student ratio of 1:20–25 and ensure equal participation.
  • Monitor and assess student progress throughout the programme.
  • Share regular feedback and attendance updates with the English Quest team.
  • Contribute to a positive, motivating, and inclusive classroom environment.

Programme Details:

  • Duration: 6 weeks (total 30 sessions)
  • Frequency: 5 sessions per week
  • Mode: Offline (on-campus delivery)
  • Batch size: 20–25 students per batch

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in English, Communication, or Education).
  • Excellent command over spoken and written English.
  • Prior experience in teaching English or communication skills preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills.
  • Energetic, empathetic, and passionate about student growth.
