**Job Title: Spoken English cum Life Skills Trainer**
**Location**: VIDYA Integrated Development for Youth and Adults
**Contract Duration**: 11 Months (Till February 2025)
**CTC**: ₹10,000 per month

**Job Type**: Contractual

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interactive Spoken English sessions to enhance communication skills among youth and adults.
- Provide life skills training, focusing on personal development, confidence-building, time management, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Develop lesson plans and training materials aligned with the organization's curriculum and objectives.
- Assess participants' progress and provide regular feedback to help them achieve their goals.
- Organize workshops and group discussions to foster teamwork and improve interpersonal skills.
- Maintain records of participants' attendance, performance, and feedback.
- Engage in one-on-one coaching or mentoring as needed.
- Ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and engagement.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Post Graduate in English (preferably M.A. in English or related field).
- Strong command over the English language, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in teaching Spoken English and life skills is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of modern teaching methods and techniques.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Contract Details**:

- This is a **contractual position** with a duration of **11 months** (ending in February 2025).
- **Monthly compensation**: ₹10,000 per month.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
