**Job Summary**

**Role & Responsibilities-**
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training curriculums
- Research industry trends in soft skills training
- Ensure smooth execution of training programs
- Analyze and evaluate training programs
- Design engaging training materials

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities
- Highly creative with a passion for learning and teaching
- Experience in developing and delivering training content
- Minimum college degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
- Certifications in core soft skills (leadership, communication, negotiation, etc.)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
