We are looking for an experienced Soft Skill Trainer to join our team. The Soft Skill Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering soft skills training programs to our BPO employees. You will be responsible for assessing the soft skills needs of our BPO employees and designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that meet their needs. Responsibilities: Assess the soft skills training needs of our BPO employees Design and develop effective training programs to meet those needs Deliver soft skills training programs to BPO employees Monitor the progress of trainees during the program and evaluate their performance Provide feedback on trainee performance to management Keep up to date with industry trends and developments related to soft skills development Requirements: At least 1 years of experience working in a soft skill training role Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating international soft skills training programs for BPOs

**Salary**: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Gurugram - 122016, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
