**Roles & Responsibility**
- Develop and deliver training sessions on a variety of soft skills and professional

development topics, including but not limited to:
a) Effective communication

b) Leadership and management skills

c) Time management and productivity

d) Conflict resolution and negotiation

e) Emotional intelligence

f) Teamwork and collaboration

g) Presentation skills
- Customize training content and delivery methods to meet the specific needs and

objectives of different departments and employee groups.
- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques, including workshops, role-playing,

group discussions, and multimedia presentations, to engage participants and

facilitate learning.
- Collaborate with department managers and HR personnel to identify training

needs and develop targeted programs to address those needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback,

assessments, and performance metrics, and make adjustments as needed to

improve outcomes.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees seeking individualized

assistance with soft skills development and career advancement.
- Stay informed about current trends and best practices in adult learning theory,

soft skills training, and professional development methods, and incorporate

relevant updates into training curriculum.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
