Offline Spoken English Trainer

**Job Title: Spoken English Trainer (Offline)**

Start date: 27th October 2025

Location: Murthal, Haryana

**Salary**: Each session will be of **one hour**, and teachers will be paid **Rs. 500 per session**. With **30 sessions**, they can earn **up to Rs. 15,000-16,000**, depending on performance and lesson delivery quality.

**About the Programme**:English Quest is conducting a **6-week intensive spoken English programme** designed to build students’ **fluency, confidence, and communication skills** through interactive, activity-based lessons.

T**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **offline spoken English sessions** (60 minutes each) as per the set curriculum.
- Engage learners through **interactive speaking, listening, and role-play activities**.
- Maintain a **trainer-to-student ratio of 1:20-25** and ensure equal participation.
- Monitor and assess student progress throughout the programme.
- Share regular feedback and attendance updates with the English Quest team.
- Contribute to a positive, motivating, and inclusive classroom environment.

- **Duration**: 6 weeks (total 30 sessions)
- **Frequency**: 5 sessions per week
- **Mode**: Offline (on-campus delivery)
- **Batch size**: 20-25 students per batch

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in English, Communication, or Education).
- Excellent command over spoken and written English.
- Prior experience in teaching English or communication skills preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills.
- Energetic, empathetic, and passionate about student growth.
