  • Manage complete project lifecycle for aerial photogrammetry, LiDAR, and GNSS survey projects, from inception to delivery
  • Plan and execute large-scale data processing workflows including orthomosaic generation, DSM/DTM, 3D textured models, and LiDAR point cloud classification
  • Define work breakdown structures, allocate resources, and track milestones to ensure on-time delivery
  • Establish and monitor QA/QC standards to maintain accuracy and quality of deliverables
  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of 25+ photogrammetry, LiDAR, and GIS professionals
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring requirements are understood and expectations are exceeded
  • Support business development by preparing technical proposals, cost estimations, and project plans
  • Research and adopt emerging technologies (AI/ML-based geospatial processing, automation tools, cloud-based GIS
