We are now looking to strengthen our product marketing function by adding a technically strong and creatively driven professional to our team.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Marketing Writer to craft compelling narratives that connect our deep-tech products with real-world applications, particularly in public sector domains. This role blends technical marketing, product understanding, and creative writing to communicate complex geospatial and UAV concepts in a way that is insightful, engaging, and actionable.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex technical concepts, product specifications, and geospatial use cases into engaging, easy-to-understand content for multiple formats – presentations, whitepapers, product pages, case studies, videos, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, and Marketing teams to build data-backed product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
• Develop collateral for public sector use cases, including RFP responses, solution briefs, and presentations.
• Design and maintain training manuals, case studies, and product documentation that are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Stay current with industry trends in GIS, IoT, UAVs, and public-sector technology adoption to inform content strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong GIS or IoT background with hands-on exposure to geospatial and IoT technologies, data formats, and their applications in public/enterprise sectors.
• Proficiency with technical writing tools such as FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, InDesign, and CMS platforms.
• 2-5 years of experience in GIS / IoT / IT / Analytics, with relevant exposure to public sector or consulting domain.
• Excellent creative writing and storytelling skills with ability to balance technical depth and readability.
• Strong research and collaboration skills; ability to work closely with cross-functional product and marketing teams.

Nice-to-Have

• MBA in Marketing or equivalent postgraduate education.
• Certified course in Technical Writing & Audio-Visual Communication.
• Familiarity with GIS tools such as ArcGIS, QGIS, ERDAS Imagine, or other enterprise geospatial software.
• Familiarity with industry standards (IEC/IEEE, ISO) for technical documentation.
• Exposure to public sector technology procurement cycles and government engagement.
