We are expanding our team and are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and proactive female candidate to manage showroom interactions and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Showroom Sales & Client Interaction

  2. Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the modular kitchen showroom.

  3. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable kitchen designs, materials, and solutions.
  4. Provide product demonstrations and explain features, pricing, and project timelines.

  5. Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly showroom environment.

  6. Sales Calls & Follow-Ups

  7. Make daily sales calls to prospective and existing clients.

  8. Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and ongoing leads.
  9. Maintain a structured follow-up tracker and ensure timely communication with clients.

  10. Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.

  11. Site Coordination & Project Support

  12. Coordinate with site supervisors, designers, and contractors for ongoing modular kitchen installations.

  13. Assist in scheduling measurements, deliveries, and installation activities.
  14. Act as a bridge between clients and the execution team to ensure smooth project flow.

  15. Update clients on project progress and address basic queries.

  16. Administrative & Back-Office Tasks

  17. Maintain customer records, quotations, and project files.

  18. Prepare basic reports on walk-ins, follow-ups, and conversions.
  19. Manage appointment schedules and showroom calendar.

Candidate Requirements

  • Female candidate preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Basic understanding of interiors/modular kitchens (training will be provided).
  • Good phone etiquette and confidence in making sales calls.
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple teams.
  • Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office / WhatsApp / Email.
