Role & responsibilities

  1. Drive revenue performance for Jaquar products in the respective segment.

  2. Monitor and improve key product performance in the respective segment.

  3. Support dealer growth by providing training, resolving issues, and ensuring optimalproduct display and branding at showrooms

  4. Conduct focused customer events, including Jaquar World (JW) visits, Orientation Centre (OC) visits, Jaquar Display Showroom (JDS) engagements, and factory visits to generate prospects and enhance brand awareness

  5. Educate dealers and their sales staff on product details, USPs, competition benchmarking, and value propositions

  6. Ensure price discipline and brand hygiene at all dealer counters

  7. Personally handle customers at dealer counters to demonstrate effective selling techniques and product knowledge

  8. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up until conversion to sales using company-provided software

  9. Generate and follow up on leads from dealers, trade customers, and plumbers to drive sales

  10. Organize and conduct plumber meets and training sessions to ensure proper installation and product knowledge
