Additionally, the candidate must be self-directed, proactive, and seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs and achieve customer satisfaction by effectively auditing processes, implementing best practices and process improvements, and utilizing the frameworks and tools available. Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates and supervisors.

An Analytics Consultant with 6+ years of experience, who has led and executed data-driven strategies to improve customer engagement and ROI across the customer lifecycle. Leveraging segmentation frameworks, lifecycle modeling and experimental design, delivering actionable insights for marketing campaign optimization, promotional strategy and audience presentation.

Associate Process Manager Roles and responsibilities:

  • Optimization: Identified opportunities to optimize channel mix, creative effectiveness and campaign ROI through continuous performance monitoring and predictive analysis.
  • Promotion Modeling: Developed statistical models to evaluate the impact of promotional strategies on sales, elasticity and customer behaviour.
  • Comms A/B Testing: Led A/B and multivariate testing across digital channels to optimize messaging strategies based on data-backed learnings.
