About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst (AI Projects) with strong pharma domain expertise and a passion for AI-driven innovation. This role requires a professional who can bridge business needs, data insights, and product outcomes — leading the requirement gathering, productization approach, and client engagement processes for AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops to translate business objectives into detailed AI/data product requirements.
• Support productization efforts — shaping ideas into scalable, repeatable AI solutions for pharma clients.
• Collaborate with data science, AI engineering, and product teams to align business needs with technical outcomes.
• Contribute to defining the productization roadmap, feature prioritization, and go-to-market strategy for AI offerings.
• Manage small cross-functional teams and coordinate project deliverables, timelines, and quality.
• Analyze large pharmaceutical datasets to derive actionable insights and performance metrics.
• Facilitate client demonstrations, requirement validation, and UAT sessions.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and convert project outputs into reusable AI products.

Required Skills & Experience

• Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of pharma functions such as R&D, clinical trials, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, or sales analytics.
• AI / Data Experience: Proven background in AI, ML, or data analytics-based project environments.
• Productization Skills: Experience supporting the journey from concept to deployable AI product — including feature definition and user adoption strategies.
• Client Management: Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience handling client interactions independently.
• Analytical Skills: Strong data interpretation, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Team Management: Ability to coordinate with technical and business teams to ensure timely delivery.

Tools:
Working knowledge of Power BI/Tableau, Excel, SQL, JIRA/Confluence, and understanding of AI/ML workflows.

Educational Qualifications

B.Tech (Biotechnology), M.Tech (Biotechnology), or B.Pharmacy from a recognized institution.

Candidates must have at least 65% or above throughout their academic background.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to AI/ML applications in pharmaceutical R&D or commercial operations.

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and product lifecycle management.
